The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating collections and deliveries, planning routes and managing both employed and self-employed drivers across a varied fleet of vehicles. Job Overview Plan and coordinate daily collections and deliveries for the same-day courier operation. Manage and allocate work to both employed and self-employed drivers. Coordinate a range of vehicles, from small vans through to 18-tonne vehicles. Handle both pallet and parcel deliveries, ensuring collections and deliveries are completed efficiently. Manage pre-booked work alongside last-minute, same-day collection and delivery requests. Liaise with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor driver movements and respond to changes or operational issues throughout the day.
