And support their Business in Ireland from their Redditch branch The position involves engaging with clients and agents, tracking shipments, and processing customs declarations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be capable of functioning independently as well as collaboratively, have a background in organising Irish groupage trailers and possess knowledge of customs. The Transport Planner Day to day duties are as follows: • Handling customers consignments • Liaising with the Warehouse and Transport teams • Customer Services • Costings • Planning groupage trailers to Northern and Southern Ireland • Customs declarations The Successful Transport Planner must have the following skills/experience: • A proactive mentality • Team player • Strong communication skills • Ability to use own initiative • Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook • Telephone and email communication skills • Must be proficient in the English language.
