Transport Planner

We are currently recruiting for Transport Planners to join our client’s operation based in Immingham, Humber Estuary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment.

As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for the effective planning and coordination of transport operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, and full compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and routing deliveries and collections

• Coordinating with drivers, customers, and port authorities

• Managing daily transport schedules and resolving operational issues

• Ensuring compliance with transport legislation and company procedures

• Monitoring KPIs and optimising vehicle utilisation

• Liaising closely with internal departments to maintain service levels

• Proven experience in a transport planning role is desireable but not essential

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure

• Competitive salary of £28000 to £36000
