Working with high-profile airline customers, you will coordinate time-critical freight movements while ensuring an exceptional level of service. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong transport-planning experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. Applicants must have previous freight transport experience, including a minimum of two years within a busy transport operation. Your Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily and nightly transport operations. Allocate vehicles, drivers and workloads efficiently. Monitor collections and deliveries to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved. Coordinate airport transfers and time-critical freight movements. Respond quickly to operational changes, delays and customer requirements. Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers and internal teams. Build strong relationships with customers and deliver consistently high levels of service. Keep transport systems and operational records accurate and up to date.
