This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in managing night-time fleet activities, supporting drivers, and ensuring a smooth handover into the following day''s operation. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the night fleet, ensuring vehicles are effectively dispatched and operational requirements are completed. Support the Operations Lead with transport planning, job recovery, and fleet utilisation. Ensure all work is completed by the end of shift, providing clear handover notes where required. Monitor operational performance and highlight issues relating to delays, late-running jobs, and service disruptions. Assist with the management of Vehicle Booking System (VBS) activity, ensuring bookings are used efficiently and costs are controlled.
