Transport Operator (Days and Nights Available)Our client is seeking two highly organised and adaptable Transport Operators to join a high-performing logistics team.In this fast-paced role, you will manage day-to-day HGV driver scheduling to ensure the seamless delivery of shipping containers, keeping client satisfaction and company objectives at the forefront.What You Will DoDynamic Scheduling: Manage daily routes and schedules for a fleet of HGV drivers.Real-Time Problem Solving: React quickly to changing situations, adapting transit plans on the fly to guarantee timely container deliveries.Driver and Client Support: Act as a core point of contact, delivering exceptional service and guidance to both external clients and drivers on the road.Team Collaboration: Work closely within a supportive, motivated team environment to hit performance targets.Shift Patterns and Compensation We are hiring for both day and night positions, running on rotational shift patterns:Night salary (Rotational, Monday to Friday) Night Shift 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Additional payment if Sunday shift worked.Day Shift (Rotational, Monday to Friday) 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Includes 1 in 4 Saturdays;Occasional Sundays required for holiday/sickness cover.What You BringStrong organisational and multi-tasking skills.The ability to thrive and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience in transport ..... full job details .....
