This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a logistics environment and is looking to develop their career within a successful transport team.Working on a Monday to Friday dayshift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of vehicle movements, supporting drivers, and delivering outstanding service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating daily transport activities.Managing and monitoring vehicle routes to maximise efficiency.Maintaining regular communication with drivers and customers.Ensuring all transport operations comply with relevant legal and company requirements.Tracking deliveries and resolving any operational issues promptly.Completing transport administration and maintaining accurate records.Liaising with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.Supporting KPI reporting and operational performance monitoring.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience within a transport, logistics or distribution environment.Strong organisational and planning skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.Good IT skills, including ..... full job details .....
