Transport Operations Manager Nottinghamshire Up to 38,000 per annumI currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, CPC qualified Transport Operations Manager with a passion for logistics and planning to join a high-performing, fast-moving logistics company in the Nottinghamshire area.Job Type: PermanentHours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum The role will involve:Overseeing day-to-day transport operations for a large fleet of HGVs and rigid trucksPlanning and coordinating UK and European routes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectivenessMonitoring and managing driver hours, tachograph infringements and working time directive (WTD) complianceLiaising with clients and drivers to ensure smooth delivery schedulesMaintaining vehicle and driver records, ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standardDriving continuous improvement across transport operations.RequirementsProven experience in transport managementTransport Management CPCStrong understanding of Driver hours, tacho infringements, WTDExcellent planning, communication and problem-solving skillsConfident managing a busy fleet and leading a team of driversInterested?
