This is a great opportunity for someone with transport or logistics experience to join a fast-paced operation and play a key role in coordinating daily transport activity. Key Responsibilities Deliver the daily transport plan, ensuring service levels and operational requirements are met. Coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes and workloads effectively. Monitor live transport operations and resolve issues in real time. Make adjustments to routes, workloads and resources to maintain performance. Act as a key contact for drivers, customers and internal teams. Support drivers with diversions, breakdowns, delays and access restrictions. Ensure compliance with Drivers'' Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive and Operator Licence requirements. Conduct driver briefings and debriefings.
