About the Role
The Transport Operations Administrator will coordinate driver movements and vehicle scheduling from the Thame office, supporting vehicle recovery and logistics. This permanent role involves planning collections and deliveries to optimise full load capacity and geographic routes, while ensuring compliance with EU driving regulations on breaks and rest periods. Effective communication with recovery drivers throughout the day is required to resolve issues and meet contractual service obligations. The position also includes assisting colleagues with operational tasks as needed. The annual salary for this role is between £28,000.00 and £30,000.00.

* Assisting with driver/vehicle scheduling to optimise full load capacity and geographic routes.
* Planning schedules in compliance with EU driving regulations regarding breaks and rest periods.
* Communicating effectively with recovery drivers throughout the day to resolve any issues.
* Ensuring all contractual service obligations are met.
* Supporting colleagues with various operational tasks as needed.
What you''ll bring:
* Experience in a busy transport or logistics environment.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
* Basic knowledge of motor vehicles and familiarity with the salvage industry is advantageous.

Details:
* Position: Permanent, full-time
* Working days: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (4:45pm on Fridays)
* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
* Benefits include ongoing training, onsite parking, uniform andamp; PPE, discounted petrol, holiday entitlement which increases and a pension plan with 3% employer contribution.
