Transport Office Administrator Location: Quedgeley / Gloucester Salary: £30,000 Role Overview The Compliance Administrator will assist with the day-to-day administrative support and requirements of Transport and Health and Safety compliance management. Reporting To: Senior Manager Transport Liaising With: HandS Senior Manager, Office Staff, Suppliers, Visitors, Site Crews Qualifications and Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) / NVQ in Office Administration or Computer Skills Proven track record of working within a professional office environment Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills (ECDL or similar desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills In-house training will be provided on company administration processes Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager in all aspects of day-to-day fleet maintenance Assist in maintaining the company s Operator Licence and FORS Bronze accreditation Schedule MOTs, servicing, pre-maintenance inspections, tyres, tax, insurance, tachograph calibration, plating certificates, and repairs; book any additional required work Maintain, log, and review records of motor incidents, including liaising with insurers and arranging repairs; compile reports for internal use Monitor and update driver infringements, follow up with drivers to download digital tachograph cards, and arrange tachograph training with third-party providers Download vehicle tachograph units as required Maintain web-based vehicle management ..... full job details .....
