As Transport Manager, you ll lead the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. Working closely with your team, the wider site function, and senior leadership, you ll help drive continuous improvement, support team development, and deliver excellent service while maximising operational performance. What you ll be doing: Manage the day-to-day transport operation, making sure service levels, budgets, KPIs, and customer expectations are achieved. Lead and support the transport team, helping people perform well, feel engaged, and continue to develop. Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and best practice across the operation. Manage transport costs and performance, working with senior managers to meet agreed financial targets. Look for ways to improve processes, systems, and ways of working to support a more efficient operation. Work closely with operations, planning, and commercial teams to keep activity aligned across the site. Promote the company s values through your leadership style and decision-making.
