The purpose of the role is to maximise the performance of the operation by directing the daily activities, providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements. Ability to manage remote employees where necessary and dealing with customers CS teams. The role will encompass improving Menzies ways of working to continually reduce cost and aid in the implementation of new procedures, management of employees and on-site admin, transport, stock and warehouse operational requirements.
