Transport Management CPC is required, or a willingness to work towards it with supportExperience managing transport operations across multiple sites, with a focus on collaboration and service deliveryFamiliarity with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards and approaches to managing operational riskExperience managing budgets and performance using KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountabilityStrong leadership and people skills, including experience building positive working relationships in unionised environmentsNEBOSH and ADR qualifications are desirable, and we’re committed to supporting training and development in these areasKnowledge of industrial gases or similar sectors is a plus, but not essentialDemonstrate integrity and inclusive leadership, role modelling behaviours that contribute to a respectful, safe, and welcoming workplaceWhy you will love working with us
