Reporting into the senior operational team, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused operation of the Transport Department, leading a team of 45+ drivers, supervisors and transport support staff to deliver consistently high levels of service. You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day transport operation, overseeing route planning, driver and vehicle allocation, multi-drop deliveries, fleet compliance and customer SLAs. Working closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR and Senior Management, you will drive operational efficiency, develop high-performing teams and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and transport costs.
