Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of a 30+ vehicle fleet. Ensure full Operator Licence and transport compliance. Oversee route planning, driver welfare and resource allocation. Monitor KPIs, operational performance and transport costs. Manage PCNs, fines, tolls and supplier invoices. Conduct compliance audits and prepare management reports. Ensure drivers maintain CPC and other required training. Drive continuous improvement across transport operations. About You Transport Manager with 3-5 years'' experience. Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and fleet compliance. Experienced in logistics planning and fleet management systems. Confident leader with excellent communication skills.
