The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards while supporting the wider transport function and business growth. Key Responsibilities Act as the nominated CPC holder and ensure full compliance with Operator Licence requirements and transport legislation Maintain FORS Silver accreditation standards and oversee driver compliance, tachographs, and training requirements Support the existing transport management team whilst providing senior oversight of fleet compliance and transport performance Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, MOT preparation, and defect reporting processes Liaise with workshops and suppliers to maximise fleet availability and operational efficiency Lead transport-related Health & Safety initiatives, investigations, and corrective actions Develop and monitor KPIs relating to compliance, fleet performance, safety, utilisation, and service delivery Produce reports for senior management and identify opportuni...
