The Role You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations, working closely with the Depot Manager. Responsibilities will include: Coordinating and planning multi-drop deliveries to customers Maximising route efficiency through strong geographical knowledge Managing vehicle maintenance schedules and bookings Monitoring driver compliance, including tachograph downloads and records Ensuring adherence to driving hours regulations and Working Time Directive Supporting the wider team with customer interaction, including answering calls and assisting at the trade counter This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to both operational and customer-facing aspects of the business.
