The Carnforth depot is home to a close-knit team of drivers delivering fuel to businesses across the North West. It''s a wet depot with its own loading gantries, and the site is rebuilding after a recent merger, with real scope to grow the team and the customer base. You''ll be joining at a genuinely pivotal point. The role As Transport Manager, you''ll be the named Transport Manager on the depot''s Operator''s Licence, with full accountability for compliance, fleet performance and the day-to-day running of transport operations. You''ll lead a team of drivers and a router, working closely with the Head of Fuels, who is there to support and advise rather than dictate. Success looks like a safe, compliant, well-run depot and a team that trusts your lead.
