Job Purpose:    The Fleet Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support for the organisation's vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, properly documented, and available for operational use. The role acts as the central point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and internal departments on all fleet-related administrative matters.   Key Responsibilities   	 Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle registrations, mileage, servicing history, insurance, and lease/ownership documentation. 	 Schedule and track vehicle servicing, MOT tests, safety inspections, and repairs, liaising with garages and service providers to minimise vehicle downtime. 	 Monitor vehicle licensing, tax, and insurance renewal dates, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
