Reporting into senior management, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a fleet and 70 drivers , ensuring operational efficiency, driver engagement, and full compliance with transport legislation and O Licence requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of professional drivers. Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and O Licence regulations. Act as a named CPC holder supporting the transport operation. Drive performance through effective driver management, coaching, and communication. Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational standards. Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across the fleet. About You Previous experience in a Transport Manager, Driver Manager, or similar transport leadership role. Valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
