Their Transport Development Team plays a vital role in raising standards, strengthening road safety, and shaping positive driver and management behaviours across the business.They''re now looking for a Transport Development Auditor on a 6-month fixed term contract to join the team and act as a key compliance checkpoint across all sites. This role offers a real opportunity to influence standards, support operational excellence and help shape the future of transport development across our Group.What you''ll be doing:You''ll work closely with sites and leadership teams to assess, support and continuously improve transport compliance and performance. Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out routine transport audits across all sites, including 28-day and quarterly reviewsPreparing for audits remotely using company-approved systems, followed by on-site audits as requiredEnsuring Earned Recognition standards (Driver and Vehicle) are met prior to physical site visitsCollating audit findings and delivering clear, structured feedback to stakeholdersPresenting audit outcomes and recommendations to site teams and Area-level leadershipCreating and maintaining audit records in line with DVSA and ISO standardsIdentifying training and development needs for site transport teamsSupporting succession planning by highlighting ..... full job details .....
