We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield. Transport Customer Service Key ResponsibilitiesHandle volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely mannerLog, track, and update customer interactions using a ticketing systemManage multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and qualityPrioritise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departmentProvide clear and accurate information regarding shipmentsMaintain detailed and up-to-date customer records Transport Customer Service What We''re Looking For:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong multitasking and time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in a busy environmentGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)Previous customer service or call centre experience preferredTransport Customer Service Additional Information: Hours: Full-time, Starts times will vary for training between 6am and 10am starts but once fully trained will be Tuesday to Saturday shift 13pm to 22pm (so must be flexible working on weekends) Salary: 12.71 Per Hour The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
