The role will involve coordinating import and export road shipments from start to finish, including providing quotations and ensuring clients receive excellent customer service throughout their enquiry. You will liaise with both internal and external clients on transport-related issues and bookings, while ensuring shipments are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with the required procedures and regulations.
