Key Responsibilities:Processing paperwork e.g. booking in deliveries, booking on courier ordersSpeaking to customers to ensure shipments are correctLiaising with all departments and depots to keep them informed of issuesEscalating any delivery issues to planning team or managementAssisting with the routing when required with the sales teams to ensure deliveries can be madeKeeping sales updated on any site/delivery issuesUpdating saved delivery addresses with any new relevant site info.Developing strong working relationships and maintaining regular contact with driversSkills and Experience Required: Experience gained from a similar role, involving transport coordination or distribution Excellent communication skillsBrilliant organisation skillsAbility to work to deadlinesAble to work well within a teamProblem solving skillsBenefits:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFree parking Pension schemeCareer ..... full job details .....
