Transport CoordinatorLocation: Stowmarket Salary: £35,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00Our client is searching for an individual who wants to succeed in assisting to run day to day operations associated with container transport / LCL transport / general warehousing. The role is permanent Monday to Friday, hrs, with salary depending on experience. There will be a requirement for a degree of out of hours work.Key role responsibilities:Ensuring deliveries / collections are completed daily with high levels of accuracyInputting bookings into transport software (TOPS)Dealing with incoming phone calls / emails quickly and efficientlyManaging sub-contractorsEnsuring accurate maintenance of specific operational software.Customer account managementUndertake any other tasks/duties as requiredJob skills required:Strong knowledge of UK geographyMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a distribution or logistics environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailProven ability to problem-solve quickly and make effective decisions under pressureStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookHighly driven, self-motivated, and committed to achieving resultsPackage and Benefits:Performance based bonusesMonday to Friday working hours (08:00 - 17:00)20 days holiday + bank holidaysStreamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in ..... full job details .....
