Supporting the Transport Manager, you''ll coordinate routes, liaise with drivers and depots, and act as a central point of contact for delivery queries and problem resolution.You''ll be joining a collaborative team environment where no two days are the same, and where your organisational skills and ability to think on your feet will make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating daily delivery routes across multiple depotsActing as the main point of contact for drivers, handling queries and resolving issuesManaging delivery schedules and responding to ETA queries from customersLiaising with depot managers, customer service and internal teamsMonitoring orders and ensuring accurate allocation to depotsHandling failed or delayed deliveries and re-planning where neededSupporting agency driver administration, ..... full job details .....
