Job Title: Transport Coordinator/Logistics AdministratorLocation: Trafford Park (10-minute walk from a tram stop)Salary: £14.50 to £16.00 per hour depending on experienceHours: Shift basis on a 9-week rotation including Mornings, Afternoon, Evenings and overnight hours. Duties:Supporting drivers with their days - Route planning, diversions, ETA''s etc.Updating of systems to any changes that have occurred from drivers - Delays, ahead of schedule etcCustomer Service - Updating customers on orders, deliveries Checking the systems to ensure that average weights are correctGeneral admin - updating documents, filing and shreddingPlus much moreExperience required:Experience using SAPStrong Microsoft Office experienceConfident Telephony skillsAbility to react quickly and solves problemsThis is a very busy position where no two days will be the same, and requires someone who is a fast learner, strong analytical skills, with excellent IT skills.
