Transport Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to efficiently and effectively assist the Transport Manager to organise all customer deliveries and collections.- The transport coordinator will enjoy working-collaboratively with the Customer Service Team and Depot Managers, to ensure all orders are delivered in full on time.-

• Utilising transport planning software to calculate delivery loads and route across multiple vehicles and 5 depots across the country.-
• Liaising with Depot managers to ensure customer requirements are met
• Coordinating with Drivers as the main point of contact for any queries
• Adapt to last minute orders and collections
• Comply with all H&S regulations-
• Complete daily/weekly reports

Working hours 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, no weekend work.-
