Main job responsibilities: To direct and support drivers when needed.Produce reports as and when needed.Answering telephones.Check driver s licenses to ensure they re suitable to drive.Plan drivers journeys accordingly and in a timely manner.Inspect vehicle cleanliness after journeys.Taking bookings and managing the diary. Person specification: Understanding of O license requirements.Familiar with R2C/RHA/Navman/Autonis/TN360Ability to work in a team.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Previous transport experience is a must.
