Transport Coordinator Europe Location: Burton-on-Trent, DE14Salary: £28,000 £30,000 DOEHours: Monday Friday, 08 00 or equivalent (1-hour lunch)Reporting to: Operations ManagerAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Coordinator Europe to join a busy Transport Solutions team based in Burton-on-Trent.This is a fast-paced role focused on coordinating European road freight and international transport movements, ensuring customer requirements are met and collections and deliveries are managed efficiently from start to finish.You will be responsible for receiving and managing customer orders, sourcing and coordinating appropriate transport solutions, liaising with customers, hauliers and suppliers, and ensuring all transport movements are delivered in line with agreed requirements.Key Responsibilities European Transport Coordination Coordinate European road freight movements from order through to deliveryReceive customer orders via telephone, email, transport portals and other communication methodsAccurately input and manage transport orders using the Tra+ operating systemMatch customer requirements with appropriate transport solutions and approved suppliersArrange and coordinate collections and deliveries across the European transport networkLiaise with hauliers, freight partners, customers and suppliers throughout the transport processMonitor transport movements and provide regular updates to customersManage delays, issues and changes quickly and ..... full job details .....
