The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all customer services requirements specifically related to the Transport department.   Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily customer confirmations - confirming all deliveries are still required and ensuring there are no site restrictions. Confirmations are to be complete 48 hours prior to delivery. Responding to all telephone and email transport customer service queries. Coordinating all ETA and POD customer responses, ensuring all are linked to relevant orders. Daily interaction with haulers regarding customer deliveries. Coordinating redeliveries following turned away orders for both internal and external reasons. Ensuring that storage charges are applied to all delayed customer orders.
