Transport Planners - Heathrow AreaWe are recruiting for a Transport Planner to join our client''s busy team based near Heathrow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small team of drivers operating mainly in Central London, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - FridaySalary: Depending on experienceWhat the Role Involves:Organising and overseeing driver collections and deliveries throughout the dayPreparing and motivating drivers, setting them up for a productive dayManaging workplace issues and ensuring problems are resolved efficientlyResponding promptly to queries and incoming callsSupporting drivers and riders with essential information, including consignment details, road closures, shuttle meetings, and route updatesProviding cover for shifts when requiredCompleting end-of-day procedures, ensuring all deliveries and collections are accurately recorded or noted Who You Are:Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with colleagues at all levelsSkilled at collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operationsDedicated to delivering outstanding customer serviceStrong knowledge of London''s roads and routes across the UkExperience within the transport and logistics industryFull UK driving licence If you are ready to take the next step in your transport planning career and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and become a ..... full job details .....
