The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to coach, influence, and develop people.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain full compliance across the Operator Licence requirements.Monitor and manage drivers'' hours, tachograph compliance, and Working Time Directive adherence.Deliver driver training, coaching, and ongoing development initiatives.Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet compliance standards are consistently achieved.Investigate accidents, incidents, infringements, and non-conformance issues, ..... full job details .....
