Transport Compliance Manager Nottinghamshire £60,000 Monday - Friday Our client are continuing to expand and we are currently seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Manager to join their day shift team. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable role with excellent development prospects in a supportive working environment. You will help ensure the smooth running of our transport operation for a major client and recognised brand. Role Responsibilities: To liaise between operations team and Fleet manager to continuously manage and schedule fleet inspections and MOTs in line with operators licence To continue and effectively maintain tachograph analysis and recording (drivers'' hours/working time directive and infringements) in line with the operators licence. To monitor all missing mileage and ensure this investigated and accounted for wherever possible. To produce transport weekly KPI''s working with management accountant. To work closely with the Driver Trainer to implement and improvement initiatives to eliminate infringements. To continously and effetively manage drivers through disciplinary procedures if improvements fail in line with the operators licence. To promote and continuously and effectively drive the defect reporting and consult with fleet manger to ensure appropriate defect rectification.
