This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as a key point of contact between customers, drivers, and the internal operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service and coordination experience to join a structured and supportive environment with clear day-to-day processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a central point of contact for incoming customer and driver communicationsSupport the operations/controllers team with scheduling, planning, and real-time coordinationMonitor and manage job progress, ensuring service levels and timings are maintainedHandle customer queries, updates, and issue resolution in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with drivers to ensure smooth execution of daily operationsMaintain accurate records, logs, and system updatesAssist with general administrative and operational support tasksCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in a co-ordinator, operations, or customer service role (transport/logistics experience desirable)Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersHighly organised with excellent attention to ..... full job details .....
