This is a fast-paced role supporting daily transport operations within a drinks logistics environment. The successful candidates will be organised, reliable, and confident working in a busy operational setting. The ability to work independently and make decisions when required is essential.Key Responsibilities:Booking out drivers at the start of shift and issuing driver packs, including delivery notes and run sheets generated from the ESP systemMonitoring driver progress throughout the day, recording any delays or issues, and communicating updates to Customer Services to ensure customers are kept informedLogging vehicle and trailer defects and reporting these to maintenance providers, ensuring the Axcend system is accurately updatedCompleting driver debriefs on return using the ESP system and ensuring all paperwork, including PODs, is correctly processed and filed Candidate Requirements:Previous experience within a Transport office is essentialStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers and ..... full job details .....
