As our business continues to grow, we''re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Transport and Service Delivery Coordinator to join our busy Operations Team. This is a fast-paced role where you''ll be responsible for coordinating daily waste collection services, supporting drivers, communicating with customers and ensuring our operations run efficiently. Every day is different, and you''ll play a key role in delivering the high level of service our customers expect. The Role As a Transport and Service Delivery Coordinator, you''ll be responsible for ensuring our daily collection services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. You''ll act as the main point of contact between our drivers, customers and internal departments, resolving issues as they arise and ensuring excellent communication throughout the day. You''ll be expected to think on your feet, make decisions quickly and maintain a calm, professional approach in a busy operational environment.
