The role would suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating transport bookings and collections.Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, collections, and site requirements.Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and administration.Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.Communicating with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.Providing general administrative support across the business. The Ideal Candidate:Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, logistics, hire, or a similar industry.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Confident communication and customer service abilities.Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach to work.
