Transport and Operations Shift Manager

Location: Huntingdon Salary: 40,000 - 43,000 DOE Hours: Rotating shifts Mon-Fri Summary: Are you an experienced and motivated Transport Supervisor with a CPC looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced logistics environment? This multi-drop operation calls for a driven individual with supervisory experience gained within a busy transport function. Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure a customer-centric and financially efficient operation is maintained. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily transport and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Lead, coach and develop the team.Allocate fleet and crews to correct routes.Ensure briefing and de-briefings are undertaken for all transport and warehouse movements.Manage your teams performance and ensure relevant information is recorded for your KPIs.Manage drivers'' hours in line with working time legislation.
