Dispatch Team Leader Location: Wednesbury Salary: Up to £36,000 Permanent Full Time On-SiteAn established manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Dispatch Team Leader to oversee daily transport and dispatch operations at its Wednesbury site.This position will involve managing delivery schedules, route planning, driver coordination and supporting the wider warehouse and production operation to ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on time.Duties will include: Organising daily dispatch activitiesPlanning and coordinating delivery routesManaging workloads across drivers and despatch staffMonitoring dispatch accuracy and operational KPIsSupporting warehouse efficiency and continuous improvementMaintaining health and safety standardsLiaising with production and operations teams Candidates should have: Previous experience within transport, logistics or dispatchStrong route planning experienceStrong background in transport scheduling and load planningExperience supervising or leading a teamGood organisational and communication skillsManufacturing or warehouse experience preferredStrong IT and administration skills This is a fully site-based role offering a salary of up to £36,000 depending on experience. ..... full job details .....
