We take calls between 7-5 Mon -Fri solving issues as they arise. The early shift is in Ballard House alongside some of your colleagues and you are required to be here from 06.45 to ensure you are up and running for the phones at 7am. Transport and Allowances Officer You require a knowledge of Plymouth, its road systems and the surrounding areas. Using planning software, you will be planning routes to ensure they are efficient, cost effective and within guidelines. A knowledge of MRI Education is an advantage and training will be given.
