Transport Compliance Coordinator

Immingham | £14.42–£16.83 per hour DOE | 12-month fixed-term contract | Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

About the role

Join our client’s team and help keep a busy fleet safe, compliant and running efficiently. You’ll coordinate vehicle maintenance and compliance activity across multiple operating centres, working with drivers, planners, depots, workshops and suppliers.

• Coordinate servicing, inspections, MOTs, repairs and defect management.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, fleet compliance and vehicle availability.
• Maintain accurate fleet and compliance records.
• Liaise with drivers, planners, depots, workshops and suppliers.
• Support audits and Operator Licence compliance.

What you’ll need

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet administration or compliance is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• A proactive, professional approach to managing priorities and solving problems.
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours, fleet maintenance, FORS, DVS or Operator Licence compliance is beneficial.
