We are looking for an organised and proactive- Transport Administrator- to support a fast-paced transport operation, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multi-drop routes and support route optimisation. Communicate daily with drivers and provide operational updates. Monitor vehicle records, defects and maintenance requirements. Ensure all delivery documentation and PODs are completed accurately. Support driver performance reviews and compliance checks. Provide driver cover when required. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce transport costs.
