This role involves coordination, logistics, compliance, and customer service. Key Tasks: Plan, coordinate, scheduling transportation routes for vehicles, booking slots for deliveries, using various IT systems. Checking & Authorising invoices. Maintaining our EPOD system, ensuring hauliers are in compliance with the correct processes. Assisting the transport department with day-to-day tasks. Ensuring driver paperwork is up to date and issued correctly. Liaise with suppliers and sales team regarding transportation requirements and schedules.
