This role involves coordination, logistics, compliance, and customer service. Key Tasks: Plan, coordinate, scheduling transportation routes for vehicles, booking slots for deliveries, using various IT systems. Checking and Authorising invoices. Maintaining our EPOD system, ensuring hauliers are in compliance with the correct processes. Assisting the transport department with day-to-day tasks. Ensuring driver paperwork is up to date and issued correctly. Liaise with suppliers and sales team regarding transportation requirements and schedules. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other departments to resolve transportation issues or delays.
