Transport Administrator – Part-Time

Location: Godstone

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm – 4pm (Flexible for the right candidate)

Temporary contract: ASAP start until 19th December 2025

Salary: £13.75 per hour

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a part-time role with flexibility? We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to support a busy and friendly team on a short term temporary contract until 19th December.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Accurate data entry and database updates.
• Managing the transport diary.
• General filing and document organisation.
• Processing and managing goods In paperwork.
• Coordinating internal and external transport.
• Taking and processing customer orders.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills..
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Confident with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous admin or logistics/transport experience desirable but not essential.
