Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transport activities to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Liaise with drivers, customers and internal teams, providing updates and resolving queries
- Maintain accurate records and update transport systems and spreadsheets
- Monitor transport schedules and respond quickly to changes or unexpected issues
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the wider operations team with day-to-day transport and logistics activities
- Previous experience in a transport, logistics or fleet administration role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and colleagues
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive, flexible approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
