Maintain transport records, driver files and vehicle documentation. Monitor and arrange 6-weekly inspections, MOTs and vehicle servicing schedules. Record driver defects, process paperwork and communicate updates to drivers. Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries and collections. Provide administrative support to the transport operation and assist with out-of-hours cover when required. Monitor vehicle tracking systems and update customers on delays or changes to schedules.
