We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Transport Administrator to be based on site in Widnes

What does the role involve?

  • Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site
  • Managing the in-house systems and databases
  • Liaising sand communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
  • Managing and maintaining office files
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
  • Assisting the department that from and documentation perspective the department is compliant

Your Experience

  • Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
  • Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
